1. Assist the Treasury team in processing payments for various categories of transactions – travel, suppliers, consultants; etc.
2. Assist the Treasury team in review and data associated with the implementation of the ERP system, which is expected to go-live 1 January 2025;
3. Assist the Treasurer in preparing Official Receipt letters related to the receipt of assessed contributions;
4. Undertake other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS | ||
Education Received or in process of obtaining a first level degree in business, accounting, finance or other related field. |

Experience No specific experience required; however, having experience working in accounting related activities is a distinct advantage |
||
Other requirements – Positive. – Team-focused attitude. – Desire to learn and contribute; ability to work in multi-cultural environments. |
||
Languages Excellent knowledge of English (both oral and written). Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of other official languages of the Organization would be an advantage. (Note: The official languages of the Organization are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish.) |
