About the Program
We offer internships lasting between 3 and 10 months. Our internship opportunities may commence at any point during the calendar year.
Before starting your internship with us, you will have to obtain a security clearance thus we remain flexible on potential start dates. Our helpful security teams will support you with this clearance process.
During this program you will join and support different teams and simultaneously learn from our business experts via on-the-job training and shadowing.
About the Internship

NCIA’s CIS Support Unit (CSU) Mons, is the primary Information, Communications and Technology service provider for 24/7 support to the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) which is the military headquarters that commands NATO operations worldwide.
CSU Mons enables end-to-end Communication and Information services as it installs, operates, maintains and supports the full range of IT capabilities during peacetime, crisis and war for NATO HQ.
This internship is based in the Enablers & Logistics team which is responsible for all aspects of inventory management, requisitions, storage, receipt & distribution, exchange of equipment, forward stock management and property accountability for IT assets. As an Intern – Asset Management & Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in all aspects of the CSU’s daily logistics operations. You will learn the core tenants of Asset Management and Supply Chain Management and support our logistics team members in the procurement and delivery of critical IT equipment required by our customers at SHAPE.

Compensation
You will be compensated at a fixed taxable rate of 1,235.27 EUR per month, based on 38 hours of work per week and for travel expenses.
