You will be based in Jakarta office and will be responsible for helping to design, implement, maintain and monitor cloud-computing systems – Microsoft Azure, both commercial and government, Cisco Meraki local infrastructure deployed globally. The Global IT Team will support you.
What will you do:
- You will be responsible for helping to design, implement, maintain and monitor cloud computing systems – Microsoft Azure, both commercial and government, Cisco Meraki local infrastructure deployed globally
- Perform tasks such as configuring and deploying cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and working with team to ensure the proper operation of cloud environments.
- You will be involved in the development and testing of cloud-based applications and services, as well as providing technical support to internal and external users
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, as well as some experience with scripting and programming languages
- Help design and implementation of cloud infrastructure, including configuring and deploying cloud services and monitoring their performance
- Work with teams to develop and test cloud-based applications, services, and security posture
- Troubleshoot issues with cloud systems and working to resolve them timely
- Provide technical support to internal and external users/guests/vendors, including answering questions and helping them to use cloud services effectively
- Participate in training and professional development activities to expand knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with other team members on projects and tasks, and sharing your knowledge and expertise with others
- Help with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor the use of cloud resources to identify areas where costs can be reduced
- Work with teams to implement strategies for optimizing the use of cloud services, such as scaling resources up or down as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
What will you need:
- Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, engineering, or similar
- Experience: You have 3 years of relevant, full-time work experience in the field of monitoring and troubleshooting networks: virtual (Microsoft public and private clouds), local on premises network
- Experience with Windows Server: administration, deployment, monitoring, backups – public cloud server vm and on premises and government cloud: 2016 Standard or Datacenter, 2019 Standard, 2022 Standard
- Professional work experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure (public and private cloud), Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect and Cisco Meraki (SD-WAN, Hub-Spoke)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud computing technologies and related concepts
- Programming knowledge and skills (preferred, not required): PowerShell, Bicep, Python, JSON, Power Automate
- Languages: Full fluency in English required and second language preferred
- Requirements: Existing work authorization is required where this position. WRI is unable to authorize visa work authorization
