Who are we?
The IT Service & Operation team in DRC’s HQ consists of 14 employees, 6 based in Copenhagen, 3 in other parts of Denmark and 5 based in Warsaw. We work in an international environment with employees from several different countries and cultures, and we are committed to driving and providing support to the ambitious digital changes that the organization is undergoing. Our environment is based primarily on Microsoft cloud products such as Office 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
About the job
As a student in IT Service & Operations you are working with supporting the users in DRC and involved in smaller projects. The job is a mix of technical support and administrative tasks.

Working time: 15 hours a week.
Start date: July or August
Salary & Terms of Employment: Terms are in accordance with the current agreement between the Danish Refugee Council and HK. This is a national position for which local terms and conditions apply.
