  • Complete technical secondary school or equivalent education.
  • Not less than two years of experience in IS related administrative tasks and end-users support.
  • Formal training and experience in IS field with particular emphasis on end-user and workstation applications, problem solving, troubleshooting and direct end-user support.
  • Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills to successfully work as a member of multi-national/multi-disciplinary teams dealing with complex, interrelated technical issues.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely to make complex technical matters understood by various audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the area of Systems support, MS Structured Query Language (T-SQL), C# and .Net technologies (ASP.NET, UWP).
  • Microsoft SharePoint administration certification.

  • This position is required for a limited time and the incumbent of this post will be offered a definite duration contract until 31 December 2025.
  • This post is subject to ASB final approval.
