Duties and Responsibilities
In the context of the implementation of the Business Facilitation Program project, under the supervision of the project coordinator, in close collaboration with other international experts, the consultant will participate in the improvement of the eRegistrations system. In particular, s/he will develop the following functionalities:
Allow the configuration of multiple institutions/roles based on conditions at the level of a Part B role (application processing). The following behavior needs to be implemented:
– Business Process Analyzer (BPA): allow configuration of multiple institutions-units at the level of a role. Same institution-unit cannot be allowed twice;
– BPA: allow configuring conditions for institution-unit in the role page;
– Implement the interpretation of the conditions in the roles and distribute files between institution – unit accordingly;
– Implement the mechanism of applying the correct user rights on files depending on institutions – unit of the user the for each of the files in a given role;
– Implement the mechanism of sending emails on specific file events just to operators having the specific institution – unit for which the condition is true.
Qualifications/special skills
A first level university, Bachelor, in IT.
At least 10 years experience in IT.
Experience with eRegistrations system and developing microservice component systems, desirable.
Languages
Fluency in written and oral English is required.
