The Directorate for Legal Affairs (LEG) is a small and highly integrated team that provides advice and information on the legal, institutional and procedural aspects of the Organisation’s activities.
LEG is looking to recruit a Junior Legal Adviser to work in the Grants and Intellectual Property Unit of the General Legal Affairs Division. While the focus of the work will be on administrative matters relating to the OECD’s financing arrangements (voluntary contributions and grants), the selected candidate may also be called upon to provide legal advice on intellectual property, personal data protection issues as well as other specialised areas of the law.
The selected candidate, who will work under the supervision of the Head of Unit, must possess excellent skills in legal analysis and drafting, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as good political and diplomatic sensitivity. The selected candidate must be able to thrive on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
