Experience in CTIP project design, implementation, evaluation, and analysis, including knowledge of the latest research, data, and evidence in CTIP approaches.
Experience leading a team in developing priorities, multi-year strategic plans, and work plans for trafficking in persons programming.
Experience must demonstrate experience in providing administrative and technical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of a unit/team.
Experience coordinating with USG agencies and multi-lateral organizations on TIP policy and programming. Demonstrates an ability to work with diverse cultures, prioritize partnerships, and shape action-oriented common goals.
Experience in preparing reports and presentations on program planning and evaluation for trafficking in persons programs. Must have experience of presenting policy and program recommendations to senior leadership/managers.
