Programs – Pact strives for a world where all people are heard, capable, and vibrant. Position Overview

The Learning Evidence and Impact (LEAP) intern will focus on supporting projects various areas including but not limited to sexual and reproductive health and women’s economic empowerment. The intern will focus on supporting secondary data analysis for projects as well as documentation review for learning assessments. Further, the intern will also provide support to LEAP team members, as required/needed. The internship period is expected to be June – August 2023.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading secondary quantitative data analysis using statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, STATA etc)
  • Reviewing documentation for learning assessments on the use of complex MERL methodologies
  • Providing project support to LEAP team members, as required

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with teams in low resource settings
  • Experience working with statistical analysis software such as R, STATA, SPSS, and/or other
  • Experience leading research studies (e.g. IRB review, literature review, secondary data analysis)
