JOB DETAIL

  1. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines, SOP’s and donor requirements
  2. Implement delegated Fleet functions portfolio according to Plan of Action
  3. Conduct and follow up daily fleet activities
  4. Support the administration of fleet resources so that deliverables are achieved within set budgets, timelines and standards
  5. Prepare  reports as required by management
  6. Ensure proper filing of all fleet documents
  7. Perform other duties, as assigned by Line Manager
  1. Responsible for the vehicle fuel requisition process.
  2. Continuous checking of the filling of the vehicle log sheets.
  3. Allocating of the available vehicles as per vehicles booking requests.
  4. Monitoring the Vehicle GPRS tracking system.
  5. Preparing the consolidated fleet requisition monthly as per request from various

1. Professional competencies 

  1. A diploma in transport, logistics or supply chain management.
  2. 1 year or more in fleet department
  3. 1 or more years in fleet department
  4. Experience in working on an emergence context is an added advantage
  5. A diploma in transport, logistics or supply chain management. A degree will be added advantage.
  6. Fluent in Portuguese both written and verbal
  7. Knowledge of English is an added advantage
  8. Ability to use Excel
  9. Ability to use email and experience in the use of outlook is an added advantage
