CIMMYT is seeking a proactive, with attention to the detail, energetic and customer service-oriented professional for the position of Grant Management Analyst to work on the Donor Relations and Fundraising Unit of CIMMYT.
Specific duties:
Requirements
· Grant Management Knowledge: Practical experience or knowledge in managing grants, including proposal writing, budget, management, compliance with regulations and reporting.
· Software and Tool Competency: Proficiency in project management software, financial analysis tools and office software, especially Excel or similar tools.
· Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal for crafting proposals, reports and maintaining clear and effective communication with all involved parties in the grant management process.
· Advanced level of English. English will be tested and candidate should score a minimum of B2 on CEFR.
· Teamwork: Being able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve objective.
· Organization and Attention to detail: to maintain accurate records and be detail-oriented is crucial.
· Deadline orientation: ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines for requirements.
· Proactivity and autonomy: to take initiative and work independently when necessary.
· Teamwork: being able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
