Position Title: Managing Director, Impact and Planning
Reports to: Principal, Chief Finance and Systems Officer
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options. (up to 10% international and domestic travel)

Position Summary:
The Managing Director, Impact and Planning is responsible for overseeing organizational efforts to operationalize the PIH Strategic Plan, including managing a team to support effective prioritization, organizational work planning, and project management. The Managing Director, Impact and Planning will also lead efforts to advance PIH’s organizational impact strategy and ensure staff are equipped with the resources and tools needed to communicate impact effectively. As a critical member of the leadership team, this position will be a central figure in facilitating decision-making by organizational leadership on strategic priorities and new initiatives, ensuring key stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
