JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications
  • University degree in aviation engineering related field, or Quality Management.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in the field of Quality at management level.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a QA post in aviation organisation
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
  • Very good analytical skills, ability to show sensitivity to problems and ability to lead problem-solving initiatives.
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines.
  • Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
  • Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Specific Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 standard implementation and evaluation / Lead auditor qualification.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 19011 standard and auditing/compliance monitoring experience in an aviation environment.
  • Thorough experience with weapon (aircraft and related equipment) systems management, quality and airworthiness processes in an aviation environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of Aviation Regulations, in particular European Aviation Safety Agency, USA Federal Aviation or Military Airworthiness requirements.
  • Knowledge of and experience with safety and risk management.  Good knowledge of ISO 45001 standard.
LANGUAGE QUALIFICATIONS
  • NATO’s official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English while working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: HUF 2 521 307, tax free.
