N-5 Quality Manager
JOB DETAIL
- University degree in aviation engineering related field, or Quality Management.
- Minimum three years’ experience in the field of Quality at management level.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a QA post in aviation organisation
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) standards and policies.
- Very good analytical skills, ability to show sensitivity to problems and ability to lead problem-solving initiatives.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short notice deadlines.
- Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 standard implementation and evaluation / Lead auditor qualification.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 19011 standard and auditing/compliance monitoring experience in an aviation environment.
- Thorough experience with weapon (aircraft and related equipment) systems management, quality and airworthiness processes in an aviation environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Aviation Regulations, in particular European Aviation Safety Agency, USA Federal Aviation or Military Airworthiness requirements.
- Knowledge of and experience with safety and risk management. Good knowledge of ISO 45001 standard.
- NATO’s official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English while working knowledge of French is desirable.

- Basic monthly salary: HUF 2 521 307, tax free.
