Under the overall supervision of the Finance Officer of the Migration Health Division (MHD) in Geneva, and the direct supervision of the Finance and Administrative Officer (MHD) in Manila, and in close coordination with the Global HAP Coordinator, Regional Health Assessment Programme Coordinators, Regional Administrative & Finance Officers (HAP), Global Radiology Coordinator, Migration Health Support (MHS) staff in Manila and other Units at the Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC), the successful candidate will be accountable and responsible for supporting the financial analysis and reporting of the Global Health Assessment Projects (GHAPs) under the Global Health Programme Monitoring and Administrative-Finance (PAF) Section of the Global Migration Health Support (MHS)Unit based at the Manila (Global) Administrative Centre.
1. Global Health Assessment Projects Financial Analysis, Reporting & Performance Evaluation
2. Budget Preparation, Analysis and Consolidation
3. Monitoring centrally-managed projects of MHD in HQ
4. Other finance support tasks
5. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
For this position, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of a second official UN language is desirable.
