The Opportunity:

Are you ready to step into a leadership role that truly matters? Join us at RI Syria country program as NES Area Director. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by emergencies.

 

What You’ll Do:

As NES Area Director, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading emergency response efforts. You will lead all aspects of RI intervention, from initial planning to coordination and inter-agency negotiations. Overseeing assessments, proposal design, and resource allocation for in-country. You will be instrumental in developing high-quality funding proposals and budgets, ensuring they align seamlessly with response needs and donor expectations.

 

Oversee operations at our NES hub as part of RI Syria (40% of role). This involves recruiting and managing staff while upholding optimal safety and security practices. Developing monitoring plans and systems to track indicators and support timely implementation will be crucial.
