The UNESCO Routes of Enslaved Peoples programme is developing a two-year project with the support of the European Commission to raise-awareness, reinforce mutual understanding, fight racial discrimination, and foster cohesion in communities within the European Union through better comprehension of the history and legacies of enslavement and the slave trade. This project is aligned with the Routes of Enslaved Peoples strategy and the EU Anti-racism Action Plan 2020-2025.
Under the leadership of the Chief of the Inclusion Rights and Intercultural Dialogue, and the direct supervision of the Section’s Deputy Chief, the contractor shall fulfill the following tasks:

The salary consists of a basic salary and other benefits which may include if applicable: 30 days annual leave, family allowance and medical insurance.
The contract will be constituted of a UNESCO service contract level 3C, amounting to 2405 euros net per month for a full-time contract (5 days per week remotely).
