About the Role
  • Supporting the process of job requisition, search, selection, and hiring of new hires;
  • Assisting the process of on boarding and off boarding all team members;
  • Working together with Operation Team to create and to maintain an employee leave database;
  • Supporting Operation Team to maximize the use of time-sheet for both administration use and performance review use;
  • Helping to build a more efficient travel reporting system and to implement it on a regular basis;
  • Streamlining and processing the correspondence with external parties in forms of but not limited through lettering and agreement;
  • Supporting the organizing of regular board members meeting;
  • Working side by side Operation Team to build a safe and comfortable space for every team member in the office, both virtually and in person; and
  • Administering the use of technology for all staffs which includes but not limited to Zoom account.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Fluency in English;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Passionate in administrative and technical works;
  • Basic budgeting and financial knowledge;
  • Time management and multitasking skills;
  • Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Proficient in Excel/Word;
  • IT-savvy;
  • Familiar with Salesforce and general IT tools (desirable);
  • Bachelor degree in any majors;
  • Around 3-4 years of organizational or voluntary experience in a operational matters; and
