  • University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Sound experience in US FMS processes normally acquired after five to seven years in the FMS environment.
  • Sound experience in contract operations in the procurement division of a sizeable organisation.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with the US Authorities on high value and complex FMS cases.
  • Good knowledge of the US Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedure (MILSTRIP) and of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).
  • Good knowledge of US FMS contracting and administration.

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 370.72, tax free.
  • Post to be filled subject to final approval.
