Major Function
The People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) position is responsible for aligning People & Culture (P&C) and Organizational objectives with employees and leadership in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our P&C department and the business unit’s management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the P&C function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The PCBP team closely collaborates with Total Rewards, People Technology, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development & Learning to advance the strategic goals and initiatives of the P&C team
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $85,900 – $107,300
