Based in Braine L’Alleud, Belgium, you will join the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) as Principal Assistant (Project Support) for The NATO Infrastructure Services Centre (NISC). NISC is accountable for planning and executing the full lifecycle management activities (design, transition and operations) for the identified area of responsibility. Under the direction of Lead Project Manager and Business Manager, you will operate within the Project Management Group, Working with the Project Managers from PMG on NISC projects.
About you
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Project focussed Principal Assistant. Who holds a higher vocational Training in a relevant discipline with 5 years post related experience or a secondary educational qualification with 3 years post related experience.
We are also looking for Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application)
Thorough knowledge of computer-based tools for project planning/control and resource management (MS Project or Service Now)
