World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Program Operations Coordinator, Country Office Unit and LAC Secretariat.
Major Functions
This position is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day program operation activities for the Country Office Unit that includes a variety of coordination duties and special projects to deliver the Unit’s strategy working closely with COU functional areas (Communications and Conservation). This position supports the SVP, US Country Offices and LAC Secretariat and liaise effectively with the COU members WWF US Country Offices, other network offices as well as external partners and stakeholders.
Coordinates all aspects of meetings, travel, training, and other events.
Delegates assignments to other staff at the request of and on behalf of the SVP. Monitors deadlines, follows up on delegated tasks and provides appropriate reminders. Coordinates any mailings or other distributions of information from the SVP, both internally and externally.
