Process Innovation and Digitalisation Programme (PID)
UNOPS is embarking on a Process Innovation and Digitalisation journey. The Programme aims to ensure UNOPS delivers the highest quality projects – sustainably, on time, and within budget – for partners and beneficiaries.
The Programme is expected to last until the end of 2027. It will enhance UNOPS’ operational efficiency, effectiveness, and agility, overhauling processes and leveraging digital technologies and solutions. It will improve UNOPS’ collection and use of data, capacity for foresight, capacity for planning, knowledge management, and reporting.
Role of the Programme Management – Senior Officer
We are currently looking for a candidate to support the PID Programme in the role of Programme Management – Senior Officer. This role is focused on ensuring a smooth flow of communication across teams, supporting effective stakeholder engagement and coordinating the planning and delivery of change management activities at both the Programme level and in support of individual PID projects.
This position requires an understanding of change management methodologies and a proven ability to navigate complex organisational landscapes. The ideal candidate will have an innovative and pragmatic approach, an agile mindset and excellent communication skills.
The Programme Management – Senior Officer will work closely with the PID management team, project teams, and key stakeholders under the direct supervision of the Senior Change and Communications Manager, to ensure that initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and sustained.
