THE OPPORTUNITY
Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. will implement an 18-month project entitled: Safeguarding young people from the dark path of self-facilitated live streaming of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA).
The project is in partnership with Plan International Pilipinas Foundation Inc. and ECPAT Philippines. The project is a participatory action research, that looks into the “value chain” of live streaming of CSEA in the Philippines, outlining the livestreaming risk factors, the processes which victims and perpetrators go through, and the perceived “benefits” and consequences of the actions.
The objective of the research aims to contribute to the generation of solutions to live streaming of abuse in the online CSEA landscape, within prevention, detection, and response to online CSEA
In line with this project, we invite competent, experienced, and committed professionals to fill the following position.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the project implementation/research study to ensure it is completed timely and within the budget. She/He will plan and coordinate the initiation of the research study protocol, coordinate activities with the research consultant and project partner (ECPAT), organization of research advisory board, and act as the primary point of contact for the project.
