Oversee and project manage Save the Children’s Port Vila office relocation to a new office, including managing the relocation schedule and budget, the IT infrastructure relocation, furniture renewal, the contractor management and inventory throughout the process.

Develop office relocation timeline, project schedule and budget
IT infrastructure assessment and installation
Approved contractors engaged and managed to undertake upgrades to new office space, including overseeing the work of contractors on-site
Furniture inventory and evaluation completed
Security audit and register established, including selecting new system for security
Document management including destruction, safe disposal or relocation of critical documents
Overseeing office relocation day by mid-October 2023
Post-move, finalise any outstanding payments and conduct a short survey with staff to assess any ongoing issues with the new office space
Post-move, engage cleaners and any necessary contractors to finalise old building to hand back
Required Experience
Experience in the following areas:
Project management experience including communications planning, building, and managing timelines, coordination of resources, process for managing and tracking inventory
Specialized IT services—technology disconnect/reconnect, server relocations
