The Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the AGiC project for the improved access to health and protection services, economic opportunities and positive cultural norms for 7,000 adolescent girls and young mothers as well as 3000 adolescent boys and young men in Ugandan refugee settlements and the surrounding host communities of Adjumani district in West Nile region. The incumbent will be accountable for the delivery of designated aspects of the project on time, scope, and budget as per project management standards. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and providing technical support to the project mentors, 2 implementing partners, Youth Saving Groups, District stakeholders, and community structures in the delivery of protection, SRHR and Economic empowerment services to Adolescents, young mothers and partners of young mothers in the selected refugee settlements. The Project Officer plays an important role in ensuring that all trainings/sessions for adolescents, young mothers, partners of young mothers and parents/caregivers for adolescents are delivered on time and by standards.
