  • University degree preferably in the field of engineering equivalent to a Master’s.
  • Good knowledge of project management practices and the systems engineering process.
  • At least ten years of experience in managing support through the life cycle of tracked or wheeled weapon systems in industry or in a military environment at senior officer level.
  • Ability to deal effectively with personnel at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to facilitate/present persuasively to gain buy in and effective negotiations skills to achieve desired outcomes including business growth.
  • Systems engineering knowledge of military weapon systems, preferably in armoured vehicles or artillery systems such as PzH2000 or similar systems.
  • A recognised Project Management Certification [e.g. PRINCE2® Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP)].
  • At least five years’ experience as project manager in military weapon system acquisition or support projects.

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 10,684.69, tax free.
