We’ve got an incredible opportunity for you to join us as a Quality Manager in our Community Equipment Team!
Picture yourself in charge of developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS). Your primary responsibility is to oversee the quality control of our QMS portfolios, ensuring they meet recognized quality standards.

What will a day in the life of a Quality Manager entail?
Ensuring the conformity of the Community Equipment Service Quality Management Systems to meet all standards and requirements.
Continually managing QMS, ensuring processes needed for it to operate effectively are established, implemented and maintained.
Monitoring, measuring and reviewing processes to ensure positive results.
Investigating failures and reporting as required.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Carrying out audits and undertaking projects.
To be a successful Quality Manager, you’ll need:
Experience in producing reports with excellent attention to detail.
An ability to develop internal and external partnerships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
Experience of working in a fast paced, regulated environment.
Knowledge of CECOPS & ISO and CES (Community Equipment Services) would be advantageous.
We are open to flexibility with working hours so would welcome applications from candidates who may prefer working term time.
