ABOUT THE ROLE / WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
The People and Culture Team at CARE Canada plays a vital role in implementing the organization’s bold strategic plan, “From Caring Comes Courage” (2021-2025). This plan outlines CARE Canada’s commitment to harnessing its resources, talent, and expertise to empower women’s leadership and create a gender-just future. Recognizing that safety, health, and dignified livelihoods are crucial for women to lead change and improve their communities, CARE Canada is dedicated to going beyond “business as usual.” The strategic plan challenges the organization to reimagine its approaches, inspire Canadian investment in its mission, and transform itself to be future-ready. The People and Culture Team is instrumental in driving this transformation by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, developing talent and expertise, and aligning the organization’s human resources with its strategic goals. Through these efforts, the department enables CARE Canada to fulfill its mission and make a lasting impact on the lives of women and communities around the world.
The Recruitment Coordinator position is an integral part of CARE Canada’s People and Culture team, based in Canada. This role will report directly to an HR Business Partner.
