To be a successful Senior Support Assistant, we hope you:
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal English
• are IT literate and have experience of using email, word processing, databases and spread sheet packages
• Have an understanding and empathy with the needs of people seeking asylum and refugees and are able to provide emotional support to vulnerable people in crisis
