The MEAL Cohort is CARE’s internal technical consulting mechanism that provides on-demand MEAL support globally to projects, programs and country offices to strengthen MEAL capacities, fill capacity gaps, and provide specialized MEAL support to meet the project/ program requirements. This position is for the Middle East North Africa (MENA), Balkans and Caucasus regions, which consist of 12 countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capacity Building and Training of CARE and partners’ staff
- On-demand MEAL technical assistance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, Social Sciences, , Monitoring and Evaluation, or other related discipline.
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience (designing and implementing M&E systems)
- Extensive experience in planning/design, monitoring, results measurement, evaluation, accountability, information/knowledge management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, and working with a broad range of stakeholders and partners
- Tech-savvy with intermediate skills with MS Office applications
