JOB DETAIL

The Regional Systems and Financial Analysis Coordinator is a member of the Colombian country office covering Colombia, Ecuador, and Panama. The position is mainly responsible for coordinating and providing technical support to our ERP system Unit4 (Agresso), supporting rollout of fair share model and Agresso procurement in our Latin America country programmes.

Generic responsibilities (max 10) 

These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work and Development plan.

  1. Provide timely user support and troubleshooting which includes on-line support, password resets, user administration, user rights management, account amendments & workflow management.
  2. Coordinate the review, clean up, update and transfer of relevant registries and pending transactions for the LA and NCA&M programs.
  3. Develop training materials, SOP, tools and deliver training to a diverse group of users (program & support staff).
  4. Set up Unit4 Agresso modules in new offices as required and train the focal points identified in each office/area.
  5. Raise issues, suggest changes and input on suggested system changes to improve user experience on the system.
  6. Work with Logistics, Finance and HR staff in the sub-region to enable them to provide Unit4 Agresso and Excel support as well as assist with planning, budgeting, HR payroll management and procurement as per NRC standards.

Specific responsibilities 

These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.

 

  • Be the main focal point for end user support of NRC’s Unit4 ERP system for our users in LA country programs.
  • Log systems bugs and follow up their solution with the Unit4 Agresso central team. Follow also request of system development.
  • Set up and create user in Unit4 Agresso with approval from their supervisors and giving them roles and rights to their user.
  • Follow up on PO/PR’s so that they are not stuck and redistribute of stuck PO/PR in the system.
  • Coordinate and provide support for the rollout and maintenance of Agresso procurement.
  • Coordinate and provide support for the rollout of NRC’s fair share model.
  • Coordinate and support areas to ensure that Unit4 Agresso data cleaning is done regularly.
  • Initiate and develop SOPs that can facilitate Agresso procurement and other Agresso tools (Excelerator, ….) dissemination in the operation.
  • Contribute to enhance cost efficiency and effective implementation of Unit4 Agresso across the countries in the operation.
  • Analysis and creation of tools for the needs of the ALAR region and various country programs.
  • Improve the technological design of the tools in Unit4 Agresso and Excel.

By interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons. Relevant interfaces for this position are:

  • Regional and global finance: Regional finance controllers and global finance advisors
  • Operation’s management: Country Director, Head of Support, HR Manager, Logistics Manager and Finance Managers
  • Support: finance functions (manager, coordinators and team leaders) and logistics functions (manager, coordinators and team leaders)
  • Area operations: Area Manager and Area Support Managers/Coordinators Unit4 focal points

  • The ability to analyse problems and implement solutions for debugging; and willing to share your ideas to improve design´s decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting processes as well as of their workflows within the operation
