JOB DETAIL

Key Accountabilities

  • Register clients both on-site and online, check medical reimbursement scheme for clients and refer clients to related departments
  • Record Laboratory requests and work closely with nurses to submit laboratory requests to related laboratories
  • Submit Laboratory test results through emails
  • Contact clients to make appointment, reschedule and confirm appintments
  • Provide information on anonymous clinic services through various channels
  • Distribute laboratory results to relevant research centers
  • Provide service and support to clients during the registration process
  • Coordinate with hospital and laboratories
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social science
  • At least one year experience in related field
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, service-minded
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical record management and process, HIV, STIs
  • Computer skills MS excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in read, write, speak Thai
