CGIAR System Organization seeks proposals from qualified consultancy firms to conduct a Honorarium Benchmarking Process for members of the Integrated Partnership Board (IPB). The objective is to benchmark honoraria against comparator organizations, ensuring alignment with industry standards while considering CGIAR’s unique governance model.

Scope of Work:

1. Conduct benchmarking of honorarium structures using relevant comparator organizations.
2. Perform a qualitative and quantitative review of the honorarium structure.
3. Provide recommendations for an honorarium policy.
4. Review existing travel policies related to honorarium practices.
5. Deliver a comprehensive report and presentation to CGIAR.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Expertise in board compensation benchmarking.
• Experience working with publicly funded research organizations.
• Proven record in similar analyses and policy development.
