The CGIAR System Organisation is undertaking a revision of its Personnel Policy Manual (PPM) to ensure it is fit for purpose in the context of a new organizational structure and to align with best practices in international organisations. To support this effort, we are seeking the services of an experienced consultant with expertise in people and culture (HR) policy, organizational restructuring, and change management. This consultant will provide strategic guidance, conduct policy reviews, and recommend revisions to enhance operational efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
