The Project “Evaluation of a business model of multiple micronutrient supplementations (MMS) project for Bangladeshi pregnant women” will comprise of both process and outcome evaluation, complementing each other. The design will be a quasi-experimental cluster-based open cohort, two-arm, mixed-methods design. The evaluation would take place in 5 divisions of Bangladesh: Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Rajshahi, and Sylhet.
The Research Fellow will report to the Principle Investigator (PI) and will be responsible for supporting PI in preparing research concepts and protocols; planning, organizing, and directing for implementation of research activities; and writing manuscripts with the objective of self-development and providing relevant research to icddr,b under the guidance and supervision of the supervisor and organizational values and guidelines. Stipend: Tk.51,090/-per month (consolidated) inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. Income tax paid by icddr,b, and subsidized canteen and Transport is subject to space availability.
Evaluation & Certification: The progress of the Fellows will be monitored and evaluated. On successful completion of training and final evaluation, the Research Fellow will be awarded a certificate.
