Description of the project:
Programme for Emerging Infections under Infectious Diseases Division is conducting research studies and surveillance on zoonotic diseases to detect pathogens, identify risk factors and develop interventions that can be used by the government to control zoonotic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
The Research Fellow will report to the Scientist and will be responsible for following duties and responsibilities;

Salary & Benefits:
Stipend: Tk.51,090/-per month (consolidated) inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances. Income tax paid by icddr,b, and subsidized canteen and Transport is subject to space availability.
Evaluation & Certification: The progress of the Fellows will be monitored and evaluated. On successful completion of training and final evaluation, the Research Fellow will be awarded a certificate.
