Where you come in:
In this full-time position, based in our Margate Op Shop, you will be responsible for growing and developing the business. You will lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI target, as well as building and nurturing a co-operative team of volunteers who together form a cohesive and enthusiastic workforce.
You will be an integral part of our Retail team and report to our Area Manager. Occasional weekend work may be required.
