This recruitment campaign will fill two positions: Section Head/Senior Instructor (Cyber Security), NATO Grade 17 & Engineer/Instructor (Cyber Defense), NATO Grade 15

We are embarking on an exciting journey to expand our Cyber Training Branch and we’re looking for two exceptional individuals to fill the crucial roles of the Cyber Security Section Head and Cyber Defence Instructor. These are key positions within our organization that will drive our cyber security and cyber defence training efforts forward, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier educational experiences in alignment with NATO and industry standards and best practices.

About you

As a Cyber Defence Instructor, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver engaging, up-to-date training programs focused on Cyber Threat Intelligence, Situational Awareness, Threat Hunting, and Cloud Security. Your instructional materials will facilitate effective learning and engagement among a diverse range of professionals from the NATO Enterprise, the Alliance and Partner Nations.

In the role of Cyber Security Section Head, you will lead our dedicated team of instructors, manage the execution of our annual training plan, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our curriculum remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
