About the job

Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join us as a Senior Analyst (Networks) in CSU Brussels, which is the primary technology service provider for NATO Headquarters. You will be responsible for providing first and second line network support to the Service Centre as well as performing diagnoses and resolve network incidents and problems. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Analyst (Networks) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.

A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience with network support activities in the field of LAN switching and CCNA level working knowledge is required.

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
