You have:

  • A master’s degree in economics, planning, political science, public or business administration or sociology or in a discipline relevant to IDRC’s program areas.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking.)
  • Significant and recent experience with strategic planning as it relates to international development including tasks such as the analysis, synthesis, and summarization of trends and policies in the development and/or research for development sectors.
  • An in-depth understanding of linkages between monitoring, evaluation and learning for organizational excellence.
  • An enhanced knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and learning within the context of Canadian and/or international assistance and research.

You are:

* Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
