Based in Norfolk, VA, USA you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be provide functional coordination and ensure strict financial control of fiscal activities. You will coordinate the cost estimation and purchase execution of Small Value Price Proposals as well as assist in the Mid-Year Admin Budget Review and year-end close out procedures. Finally, you will assist staff members in the creation of Travel Requisitions (TR), ensuring compliance with NATO Travel Regulations, and verify and approve TRs in the absence of the Resource Management Officer. About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Assistant (Resource Management) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.
Experience in financial execution, accounting and ability to analyse and maintain financial data is required. We also seek experience in Travel Office Management, Asset Management and Supplier Management.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
