Purpose of Job

As a Senior Auditor within our Internal Audit Department (IAD), you will help determine our risk-based audit plan and perform IT application, infrastructure, and change assurance audits. You will also lead the development and execution of our data analytics strategy and capability. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your demonstrable expertise in IT auditing and data analytics to contribute to the Bank’s strategic objectives and sustainable development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform audit engagements, identifying key risks, designing and performing audit tests, identifying and agreeing issues with stakeholders, and producing high-quality audit reports.
  • Lead the development and execution of IAD’s data analytics strategy, including stakeholder engagement, dashboard development, integration of data analytics into audit processes, and driving further improvements.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of assigned activities in alignment with professional standards.
  • Stay informed of industry developments to enhance IT audit coverage and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (e.g., CISA, CCSK, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001LA), data analytics certifications desirable.
  • Extensive experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, or change assurance, preferably in a banking or finance environment. Experience should include a track record of leading and delivering assignments with minimal supervision and dealing directly with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in implementing, using, and training others on data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, Access, Power BI, Python, and Tableau.
  • Preferably, bachelor’s degree or higher in technology, data, maths, finance, or business-related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
