The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate – Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO), Digital Transformation Office Division (DTO), Business Processes Unit (BP) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a (Senior) Business Processes Officer*.
This is a full time position at grade 5/6 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

The role of the Business Processes Unit is to support the EIB Group to convert traditional business and ways of working to digital ones, using the potential of modern technology and data. Its aim is to establish a comprehensive business transformation strategy, synchronised with operational imperatives, and aligned with the overarching digital strategy and vision.
The unit facilitates the discussions between Business and IT and accompanies business with process optimisation, the delivery of solutions and activation of innovation.
In this position, you would report directly to the Head of Unit.

Proficiency is understood to mean the attainment of level 5 of the Inter Institutional language courses, corresponding to B1.2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL).
