Can you support the British Red Cross by managing online channels and play an integral part in the project management of digital marketing activities?
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage specific online channels with the objective of driving bookings and revenue, whilst supporting the Digital Manager with implementing marketing plans and site development and to assist in the development and execution of all aspects of online marketing plans and website campaigns, including new media technology (video & mobile).

A day in the life of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive will involve:
Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines (PPC), social media (Paid Social), email, and display advertising.
Being responsible for digital content creation including creating SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure and analysing important metrics that affect content performance.
Collaborating with designers and external partners to improve user experience, be actively involved in SEO efforts and have strong SEO analysis skills to measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
Project managing inbound marketing campaigns and other projects along with planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Providing creative, data-driven ideas for new content creation and implementing regular website content updates, implementing internal linking strategies, ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines and is consistent across channels.,
To be a successful Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll need:
Hands-on experience with inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
Proven experience in business-to-business Digital Marketing in a commercial environment along with an excellent understanding of inbound marketing and other digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Robust experience in using web analytics tools – specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, HubSpot analysis and reporting.
Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines along with strong problem solving and solutions focused skills and the ability to manage priorities, understand time sensitivity and meet deadlines.
Experience in working towards delivering revenue targets and using data and insights to improve performance of campaigns.
Experience in writing content for complex, regulated markets and implementing successful lead generation strategies.
Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including inbound marketing, SEO, paid search and paid social, social media, link building and email marketing.
To be able to write and edit high quality content on complex topics across various digital platforms and blog posts and ensure alignment with SEO and CRO strategies.
