The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate (GCS) – Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO), Platform & Services Department (P&S), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a (Senior) IT Services Performance Manager *.
This is a full-time position at grade 5/6 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

We are seeking a dynamic Service Performance Manager, who will be at heart of the department working closely with its leadership team, ensuring that the operations of the department align with its strategy, policies, standards and budget targets.
In this role you will have an opportunity to contribute to our transformation journey, changing not only our operating model but also the way we deliver value to the business. Your analytical skills will play a pivotal role in measuring the performance of the department.
You will report to the the Head of Platform & Services Department.
