  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • At least five years of experience in Operational Services in Real Life Support to military operations/exercises within the Agency or in other sizable organisation.
  • Very good knowledge of the concepts, theories, and principles of Project Management and experience in using project management methods and tools.
  • Ability to deal with national representatives at all levels.
  • Capability to generate ideas, process complex information accurately and provide direct supervision.
  • Ability to present reasoned arguments leading to a recommendation that is in line with the organisational aims and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities.
  • Ability to respond quickly to challenges within their functional area.
  • Interest in maintaining personal proficiency and skills and keeping current on technological advances.
  • A recognised project management certification [e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2® Practitioner ].

POST DETAILS

  • Basic monthly salary: EUR 9,203.26, tax free.
  • This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
