FHI 360 is recruiting a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning Officer for the Inclusive Development and Equitable Assistance (IDEA) Leader with Associates. The purpose of this award is to respond to the needs and priorities of MUGVPs and communities of all diverse identities and experiences and build the capacity of organizations that serve MUGPVs to help them meet their goals.
This potential full-time position is eligible for remote work. The position is expected to begin after October 1, 2023. Employment is contingent upon successful award of the project to FHI 360, as well as USAID approval of the finalist.
Position Description:
The Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL) Officer will provide technical leadership to gather program intervention results, ensure high-quality, timely, valid and verifiable data collection and analysis, and develop and implement a learning agenda to inform policy makers and other collaborators of the lessons learned. The Senior MEL Officer shall be responsible for the knowledge management aspect of the project, collecting and aggregating methods, lessons, and results from across Associate Awards and partner organizations. The Senior MEL Officer will provide technical guidance by designing and developing ME&L systems and procedures for funded activities. This includes establishing key components of an ME&L system including data collection, analysis, and reporting on key output, outcome and impact indicators for the mechanism.
