The EIB, the European Union’s bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Corporate Services Directorate-Group Digital Office (GCS-GDO), Business Solutions Department (BSD), Corporate Applications Division (CA), Personnel Systems Unit (PS) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, (Senior) Oracle HCM Cloud Expert *.
This is a full-time position at grade 5/6 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

Join our dynamic team in the exciting digital transformation journey and play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR Systems. You will manage our relationship with Oracle and steer complex projects to its implementation.
In this role you will analyse business requirements, and propose, plan and execute SaaS implementation projects to address the business needs/requirements.
The role involves building and coordinating project teams, and reporting to the Head of Unit, as well as the project sponsors in the IT and business areas during the lifetime of projects.
