Senior Psychosocial Practitioner
Location: Covering London, South East, East & West Midlands
Hours: 28 per week
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £53,061 per annum based on 35 hours per week plus Inner London Weighting of £3,344 if applicable. (Actual salary for 28 hours is £42,448 per annum)

What will a day in the life of a Senior Psychosocial Practitioner involve:-
Being responsible for leading a team of psychosocial practitioners who provide psychosocial resources to our workforce across UK and overseas.
Providing clinical supervision and meeting the wellbeing needs of the workforce who support people in crisis.
Working closely with managers and teams across London and South East, East & West Midlands, to establish regular clinical supervision, reflective practice groups, one to one sessions, and workshops.
Ensuring the highest quality service is achieved in collaboration with senior managers and professionals within the British Red Cross and its global partners.
Supporting and connecting with our coordinators and supervising Psychosocial Practitioners to develop and deliver appropriate resources for the benefit of stakeholders.
To be a successful Senior Psychosocial Practitioner:
Do you have a relevant mental health qualification and current professional registration?
Do you have significant experience of running clinical supervision and reflective practice groups?
Do you have experience within a senior role of delivering projects and working with people who have experienced crises?
Do you have a proven ability for building relationships with other senior professionals in external organisations?
Do you possess excellent presentation & communication skills, both written and verbally?
