Based in The Hague, Netherlands, you will join the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) as Senior Software Engineer within The Command and Control (C2) Centre. C2 is a Business Area, responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities (design, transition and operations) for Joint/Maritime/Land.
As Senior Software Engineer you will be working as part of the C2 Engineering group that provides advice and direct support to C2 capability delivery projects throughout concept development to implementation.
About you
We are looking for an innovative Senior Software Engineer to lead and guide technical teams, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical direction to junior engineers.
You will hold either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained from a nationally recognised/certified University in computer science, software engineering or a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
